The Seer was built by Vor as a custom project using a hodge podge of Grineer and Orokin tech until he had something that didn't explode in his hands.Posted April 25, 2013. it depends on if you want to deal high damage in a fast amount of time then you'd need: Fire Rate + Armour Piercing + Elemental damage (namely Freeze to slow them down) + Normal damage with Reload speed. also Crit Chance and Crit Damage is always good for fast amount of damage..
