Anyone had any trouble...1 ton yj said: James I used that same cell in my old YJ many years ago. You don't need a frame, just cut a hole for the sump and bolt the straps to the floor. As for the plumbing, run all -6 AN hose for supply and return. AN sizing is in 16ths of an inch so -6 = 6/16 or 3/8". If that return line isn't there, the fuel has no where to go. This could possibly rupture the diaphragm in the fuel pump...depending on the quality of the pump.
