It is a black box about the middle of the door, down low. When this fails the door will sometimes pop or stick. The door was working fine and then one day, the power feature stopped working and the "Slide Door" light came on the dash. The key fob or push controls on the dash will not operate the door. I turned the switch off for the doors on the dash and the door opens and closes fine ...So when the power sliding door doesn't work, and I switch the Main Switch off, the door still does not close/open. So then I tried the manual function when the power sliding door is working. ...
