Takes a little force, but always works, and the mag reassembles fine.E. Place the cap in the back of the "jaws" of the wench and push down, compressing the spring. F. When the jaws are below the cap, adjust the jaws to the diameter of the guide rod and push down to completely compress the spring. G. Use pliars to remove cap. H.
