Hi everyone, My John Deere X304 tractor which is about 10 years old had just stopped working as soon as I got out of seat while I was mowing couple of days ago. I thought the battery died on me when tried to restart the engine and heard no clicking or no cranking after I sat down to finish mowing. I believe on the Kubota it normally allows free flow of fuel and the only time it energizes is briefly when the engine shuts down. That way the engine would always start but not necessarily turn off. But still no start. SOLUTION: 1)Take the right engine cover off. 2)Unbolt the rear bracket/cover plate from the engine.Step 4. Unscrew the fuel bowl with the screwdriver.
